Each card is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order with Creatorthread, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Bank Transfers

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST for domestic orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Creatorthread pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Custom Orders

For custom designs and printing services:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on custom orders
• Final approval of digital proofs is required before printing
• Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges
• Turnaround times for custom orders vary based on complexity and our current workload

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of Creatorthread or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Creatorthread.

For custom designs created for clients:

• Creatorthread retains the right to use images of completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Clients receive a license to use the design for the specific purpose it was created for
• Full copyright transfer is available for an additional fee

7. User Content

If you provide us with content for custom designs or printing:

• You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use the content
• You are responsible for ensuring the content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• We reserve the right to refuse any content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or potentially infringing
