At Creatorthread, we take pride in our handcrafted greeting cards and printing services. Each item is created with attention to detail and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we've established this return policy.

Return Process Timeline

Step 1: Contact Us

Begin the return process by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll review your return request and provide a return authorization if applicable, along with return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Items Back

Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Ship the items to the provided address with tracking information.

Step 4: Quality Check

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.

Step 5: Refund Processing

If approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized greeting cards (unless damaged or defective)
  • Digital designs or templates once downloaded
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

For custom printing projects, we provide digital proofs for approval before production. Once you've approved a proof, we can only accept returns for production errors that differ from the approved proof.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). Return shipping must include tracking information.

For international returns, please note that we cannot refund any customs fees or import duties you may have paid.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds include the cost of the item(s) being returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
